| After leaving Grand Teton NP I headed for the Wind River Mountains. I decided
to only do a day hike because I was eager to reach a Hostel and get a shower,
and also wanted to stay ahead of the weather. But the Winds appear to be a
terrific range. Awesome expanses of granite and pine, beautiful mountains, and
fewer people than in the Grand Teton / Yellowstone area. |
